My Tapo camera app has stopped receving the feed and no alerts - shows the camera is offline - after I switched off my phone during a flight. Any suggestions to bring it back on?

If camera offine, it could be disconnected from home wifi network, try to reboot wifi router, then reboot tapo camera and see if camera could be online again.
If not, try to factory reset camera and reinstall camera on tapo APP.
