HS100 stopped working, LED functions but doesnt click
1 of my HS100 plugs has stopped working...
I have several HS100 smart plugs, but 1 has decided to play up. It no longer clicks when physically or manually pressed or controlled from the app so it wont provide power & turn on/off, however the LED turns off/on.
I have tried troubleshooting steps, swapped sockets, reset etc..
Can anyone help please? 🙏🏼

Please try a factory reset smart plug by pressing 'settings' button.
If manually press power button to turn / off, could it control light? If not, it should be faulty, and it is recommended to contact retailer or local support with SN and receipt to check device warranty.
