TP LINK HS100 not working.

My TP LINK HA100 smart plug has just stopped working. When plugged in there is no led showing. Tried it in different sockets and still no led. Is it dead?

Thank you for reaching out to us, please try to factory reset the HS100 by pressing the ' Settings' button on HS100 for more than 5 sec

Confirm the wall outlet has power : How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart switch and plug?

If still the same, that could be a faulty plug, you could contact retailer or local support to check device warranty. Hope this helps~
