My Tapo C310 suddenly stopped working and only showed solid red led. Ive tried rebooting resetting other outlets etc but still its the same, ive been in contact with live agents and also tried factory resetting with a sd card loaded with a sspecial bin file that costumer service sent me but still the same problem
