Hi,

I cannot view my recordings in the app.

The recordings are there but I just get the circle of doom and it never loads up, had this problem before and used to exit or pause it and eventually I could view the recordings, my firmware is upto date and it seems since doing so it will not work

What is the current hardware and firmware version of the NC450?

Please show us a screenshot of the recordings page where it gets stuck.

Have you ever tried to change another smart phone to view the recordings?

Besides, please ensure that the tpCamera app version is the latest one.
