Model: Kasa
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Trying to install a Kasa Sot for the first time, and it's unable to connect. I think it may be because I entered the Wifi password incorrectly.

With both the option to 'Try again' and 'Exit setup' ( and start from scratch) both options skip the step to re-enter the wifi password.

So I cannot check I have entered it correctly.

How can I access the wifi password so I can change it?

Thanks

Matt

*** I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but it still skips the wifi set up stage

@Milkshake

What is the model number of your kasa device?

You can hard reset it and reconfigure it with the main router's wifi password.

You can click here to get the setup video.
