@David-TP you're going to laugh now. Having solved the issue with the first BE85, I connected a second one to a brand new SG3210X-M2 and... it has the exact same issue, even with the latest firmware...

@David-TP Connecting the BE85 to a QNAP switch in a 10G port, and I get max upload speeds on the iPhones, so it seems this is just an issue when the BE85 is connected to TP Link switches.
