Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20240801 Rel. 41455

When trying to Adopt the Switch via the Omada Controller I receive an Error:

Any Hints what needs to be done to adopt the Switch?

Dear Clive,

thank you for your reply.

The Omada Controller is a OC200.

I did not change anything in the switch related settings or Port Profiles.

Just connected the new Switch to a Port and it got an IP from the DHCP Server. Afterwards it was shown in the Omada Controller, where I tried the "Adopt"

Can't find this "Easy Managed" Box within the Omada Controller. Where can I set it?

Did you read what I wrote in the guide or miss that? Or the option does not even exist? If it does not exist, then it could be a compatibility issue where the hardware controller has not adapted to this new feature.

Dear Clive,

sorry my Fault. I overlooked the second Option in your Document.

The "Easy Managed" was not set, I clicked it and it was possible to "adopt" the Switch.

Thank you for your Support,

Ulrich
