Model: VIGI C320I
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.9 Build 241106 Rel.39169n

Hi I have a vms running on my local pc and I am not able to add this camera. It is the only camera i have at the moment. When adding/connecting it pops up an error message that "this camera is not connected to the vms". In the camera settings itself it shows the vms ip and port and vms turned on but NOT connected. Nothing I do fixes this. Reboot, firmware update, different ports, port forwarding, different network switch, cycle vms, reboot pc etc. What is the problem? This camera worked perfect in the cloud and on the app prior to trying it this way.
