Model: EAP655-Wall
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Latest

Can not connect to EAP655.  New home install with ER707-M2 router, TP-SG2824P switch, EAP655, and OC200 controller.  Can see my VLAN SSID but can not connect.  Accepts password but then never completes handshake.  If I use a different password it immediately rejects any connection so I think there is just some setting that needs to be changed.  Connected to the OC200 by ethernet cable.  Already did firmware updates on all devices.  Please be aware I am tech challenged.

Hi  @Sleem

You mentioned you configure VLAN SSID, you may refer to the following guide, configure step by step:

How to configure Multi-Networks & Multi-SSIDs on Omada SDN Controller

If that's not your case, please let us know your requirements and share the screenshots of your configuration.
