Hello everyone,

I can't connect my OC200 controller to the Cloud, the option is grayed out.

(Sorry i'm french, so my interface is in french)

When I installed it, I was able to connect to the Cloud correctly, everything was working fine, but I had to cut off access for some reasons.

Now that I want to reactivate the access, I can't. I am connected with the same account I’ve been using from the start.

If anyone has an idea of what might be causing this, I would appreciate the help.

Thank you in advance!

Have a great day =)

Hi  @Daxounet

To enable cloud access, we should firmst make sure the CO200 is connected to the Internet.

How did you login the CO200? Via it's IP address locally?

Which account did you logged in? The local user account, or the cloud account (email address)?

What's the cloud LED status of the CO200?

Is the Internet of the OC200 working?

Hi @Vincent-TP and thank you for your attention to my issue.

I believe my OC200 is properly connected, and I also think my user is correctly set up for Cloud access.

How I connect

Actually, everything was working fine, but after moving and having an internet connection with a quota (via 5G), I had to disable the Cloud to avoid the constant requests that were consuming my data quota.

Once I received my Starlink, and the quota issue was resolved, I tried to enable Cloud access again, and that's where I am now... it’s not working anymore!

Could this be related to Starlink?

Thx =)

Hi  @Daxounet

We all have moments where things seem super simple in hindsight, and we feel that way. The important thing is you got it now, and that's what matters.

Glad it worked out easily for you, and if you run into anything else, don't hesitate to let us know. smiley
