Model: EAP615-Wall
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

Currently have an EAP650 and EAP610-Outdoor that are connected via mesh to another EAP650 on the main network. This uplink EAP650 is some distance away from these devices but there are two EAP615-Wall's that are quite a bit closer I would prefer they connect to. I have updated the firmware of the 615's to the new 1.2.4 with mesh support and confirmed that the 'Mesh' tab appears in the controller view but they aren't being detected as uplink APs.

I have rescanned for mesh devices on both of the devices and the 615's don't appear. Can anyone confirm if these models are known to work together yet or am I hitting an issue with the new mesh support in the EAP615-Wall firmware?

Hi @qdolan

Please try to change the 5GHz channel of EAP615-Wall to band 1 (36, 40, 44, 48) manually, and rescan the uplink EAP.

If the EAP615-Wall is still invisible, please confirm what is your controller version, the network topology and network environment etc. Thanks for your patience.

@Hank21 That seems to fix it. Thanks.
