Model: VIGI NVR1004H-4P  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 231224 Rel.53452n

Hardware version VIGI NVR 1004H-4P(UN) 1.0

 

VIGI APP Notifications not working after nvr reboot or power outage, to fix you have to log into the NVR and disable the smart event on cameras. Then you have to go into the VIGI APP and enable the smart event to restore the VIGI APP Notifications. Is this a known bug?

It seems to have been reported on the forum before. Did you report something similar to this before?

You can send an email to the VIGI feedback email and our engineer will take care of that.

P.S. I seemed to run something similar before.
