Vigi android app does not show a thumbnail for a notification
The notifications and the recorded videos on the Vigi android app used to show a thumbnail/snapshot of the video that was recorded as shown on the app page on the website, but now the thumbnail is not there. Please check the photos attached. The app and the firmware are all updated.

What kind of storage do you use?
Micro SD-card? What's your setup like?
With a micro-SD card, it should work.
If you are using VMS, and you log in your camera, you gotta check your version. Is it personal or enterprise?
Enterprise does not require a micro-SD. But you are required to use: Admin>System Settings > enable Attach Alarm Image.
