Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20220106 Rel.56391

Hi,

I have a ER605 on wich i want to connect 2 WAN. Internally I want to also have 2 internal networks, one on lan port 1 and 1 on lan port 2.

lan port 1 should get its network connection from WAN 1 and lan port 2 should get its network connection from lan port 2.

Is it possible to do that with this router and if so, how can i achieve this

Hi @Daniel0906

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

You should use the Policy Routing to implement LAN1 to WAN1, LAN2 to WAN2.

How to configure Policy Routing on Dual WAN Router using the new GUI

About the creating the VLAN interfaces, you should refer to the guide:

How to create multi networks and manage network behavior with ACL on Omada Gateway in standalone mode

You can skip the ACL part if you don't need it.

Hi  @Clive_A ,

Thank you for your responce.

The 2 WAN connections are WAN connections from 2 different ISP's.

What we want to do it configure it that WAN 1 (ISP-X) gives LAN 1 connectivity to the internet. So on lan1 there will be a switch connected.

On WAN 2 (ISP-Y) we would like to configure it to give connectivity to LAN 2. On LAN 2 another switch would be connected.

Both LAN's should have different IP ranges.

We would also like to be able to ping from network to network.

Will the instructions you provided be able to do this?

The above reply from me should be what you configured.

VLAN interface is what you configure for different subnets. Setting up the VLAN to the port, you should tag them correctly.

After you have the VLAN interfaces, you can create the Policy Routing. In the Source, you should set the VLAN interface(subnets) you created.

Both guides should suffice.
