I plan to use a Modem for redundancy but all the options that are officially compatible isn't available for me, only ZTE MF833U1 (but it's U1 instead of T), tho I was leaning towards a cheaper alternative Eatpow U6-E. But as far as I've searched it doesn't work as plug-and-play just like Windows? Even by having Omada SDN?

I mean, I tought that by having a dedicated USB port just for that would mean global support, again, just like windows...
