Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.1.2

I have got wired guard setup and working via the WAN Port although I cannot get it to work over the USB Modem.

I enter the USB Modem IP Address into

[Peer]

Endpoint = "USB Modem IP WAN Address"

And I am having not luck.

Althought I get a conneciton when on the WAN

I enter the USB Modem IP Address into

[Peer]

Endpoint = "WAN IP of WAN port"

I tried to reduced the MTU to 1360 which I read was an issue with a Teltonika modem although that didn't help.

Any assistance would be appriaceted.

  @Andre_88

Does your USB modem get a true public IP address ? or does your mobile network use CGNAT ?

If its the latter , then you'll not be able to connect

  @MisterW thank you, I was wondering if it was the sim. I used the APN given by the mobile provider for a public IP address. I will double check with them.

You can refer to the official FAQ : https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3559/

You need to enter the WAN IP and the service port, maybe something like NAT caused this problem.
