ER605 Policy Routing Issue

Hello all,
Recently I purchased an ER605 v2.0 (Firmware Version: 2.1.2) router and connected the same with Omada Software Controller.
I am facing an issue with the policy routing. Following is some information about the setup;
- WAN
- WAN - PPPoE
- WAN/LAN1 - Private static IP
- LAN
- Single subnet, no vlans
- Groups
- IP-Port Group
- Two groups for HTTP/HTTPS and FTP
- IP Group
- One fixed IP
- IP-Port Group
- Policy Routing (Top Down)
- HTTP/HTTPS
- Protocol: TCP
- WAN: WAN/LAN1
- Source: Network -> LAN
- Destination: IP Port Group -> HTTP/HTTPS Group
- FTP
- Protocol: TCP
- WAN: WAN
- Source: Network -> LAN
- Destination: IP Port Group -> HTTP/HTTPS Group
- Link Backup under WAN is off (unchecked)
- HTTP/HTTPS
The issue is all the traffic is getting routed through WAN, even the HTTP/HTTPS.
Am I missing something? Any idea(s)?

The plan is to distribute the traffic over two WAN ports, HTTP/HTTPS through WAN/LAN1 and FTP through WAN. Hoping the router will take care of the rest of the traffic.
Later, create more groups and policies of known/regularly used ports and route the traffic based on bandwidth consumption and public IP addresses.
