Model: EAP220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Build 20160401 Rel. 65964

Set the channel from auto to manual and then the listed eap220 earlier disappeared from under the 'access point' tab. But the 'client' tab stil showing clients listed under those missing acces point.

Anyone encountered this before and how to bring it back?

@theArties, did you select »All« under the »Access Points« tab? Is the EAP220 shown in disconnected or pending state? Or do you say it disappeared completely from all AP lists in the controller?

@R1D2

Its selected by default, and yes, click again the 'All' to be sure.

Guessing this is a layout bug issue; coz when I clicked on either of the sorting button (circled red), it will switch to the other APs.

And note the headers alignment. this is from FF at 100% zoom.

@theArties, what do you mean with »it will switch to the other APs«? If you change the sorting order, the APs appear in another order, but do not disappear.

@R1D2 Say i have 4 APs- 1,2,3,4

When clicked on 'Name/Mac Address', it will show either AP 1, press again AP 2.

And when clicked on 'TX 2g' or 'TX 5G', it will show either AP 2 or AP 3.

Weird right, and it will never show all 4 APs together.

@theArties, maybe it helps to try another browser; I never experienced such a behavior.

@theArties

It is truly strange if all APs cannot show up. You can try to reboot the Controller, then check if the problem still exists.
