Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4

Hello,

I'm taking on a new client with 13 EAP245(US) APs.  Each AP was setup individually without a controller.  Each AP has a different Username and Password.  I've implemented a new OC200 controller on site but when I attempt to "Adopt" the APs, I'm expectedly getting an error that the username and password are incorrect.  I don't see an option to set the U and P within the controller for the APs.  Should I set each AP account back to the default admin/admin before attempting to "adopt"?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

To change from standalone mode to managed mode an EAP must be set to factory defaults. Just set the EAPs to factory defaults to be able to adopt them.

Own device passwords can be set in Site Settings -> Device Account.
