eap 245(v3) is unable to provide ip/connection to vlan user along with eap 110(v4)
hi tp link as after a long time i am facing a problem with my eap 245 v3 with f.v. 5.0.7 so what is happening here i am having 3 eap110 v4 f.v.5.0.4 and one eap 245 and having 2vlans all vlans are working fine with eap110 but when the same users/devices are comming under eap245, they are not getting connection through it. all are in warrenty period so is it possible to get replacement of the eap245 v3 to v4. so that problem can be resolved.

Just notice that the EAP245 is not with the latest firmware. Please update it to version 5.1.0 to have a try.

Is the VLAN configuration for EAP245 and EAP110 the same? Are the both managed by Omada controller?
EAP245 has 5G band while EAP110 not, you may pay attention if the users are connecting from 2.4G(EAP110) to 5G(EAP245), or you can share us some screenshots of the SSID and VLAN settings of your controller.

yes both are controlled by omada oc 200 and 5G band is disabled under vlan(guest) network.
I tried all options by disabling and enabling vlans to the eap245 but not getting sucess and one network which is working under all AP at everywhere at any band that is whitout vlan one for your reference I have sent attachment in reply mail.

@Vincent-TP I was waiting for your reply and then showed them the issues over remote support and they have taken configuration fils,logs, etc but still there is no update on this yet please try to understand it is very defficult to manage the issue.
