Unable to get IP from Verizon router while connecting through EAP245

Model : EAP245
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version : 1.0.0 Build 20161116 Rel. 73287(5553)
ISP : Verizon FIOS
I am setting up an EAP245 at home as an AP, with my Verizon Quantum Gateway router set up as dhcp server. I've done this numerous times with other brand APs, with this Verizon router.
On the EAP245, I was able to:
1. access the web interface
2. set a static IP
3. verify that the AP is showing up in the Verizon router's My Network device list
4. configure multiple SSIDs
5. connect devices to the AP using the newly-created SSIDs
But, every device is failing to obtain an IP. What step am I missing?

How did you set up the Multi-SSID feature? Using VLANs for network segregation?

No, just created multiple SSIDs and passwords.

Should work if your DHCP server is up and running. Tested it and it works on my EAP.
Double check the static IP of the EAP. If you can't find the cause for missing DHCP replies, reset the EAP to factory defaults and try with the default SSID first.

I reset the AP to factory default, and it worked. I compared the settings in the default SSID and was able to create my own SSIDs afterwards which also worked. The differences this time were leaving wireless vlan ID as 0 and leaving load balance OFF. Not sure why those 2 would cause IP issues. Thank you for the assistance.

See post #2. If you use Multi-SSID VLANs (i.e. setting wireless VLAN IDs to another value then 0), the router behind the EAPs must support VLANs, too. If it doesn't do so, it is actually your router causing IP issues, but not the EAPs.
