Omada Cloud Voucher Authentication not working as of 2025/02/03 SGT
Hello Omada,
Cloud Voucher Authentication suddenly not working today (2025/02/03), clients facing issue when trying to input voucher the voucher screen did not load, instead it shows ERR_TIMED_OUT. My cloud voucher authentication is working fine (although recently cloud voucher authentication become unreliable these past weeks) since the first time I use it until today, causing my clients frustrated why they cannot enter the voucher. Is there anything that I can do, my clients been hanging for couple of hours. Jeez.

@shiroviper I've been experiencing the same issue as well over the last week or so. I have about 15 sites each with EAP225's and EAP610's and after upgrading the EAP225's to firmware v 5.1.10 it seemed to have resolved the issue as of yesterday. Haven't had any complaints today so far.

Hello @Vincent-TP, may I know what firmware provided in the this ticket TKID250307039. Until know the issue did not fix, I think all of us with EAP 225 have issue like this.

Hi please let me know the complete model number, hardware version of your EAP225. Is it EAP225-outdoor? what;s the hardware version?

Or you can go to the operator login page from the controller, and copy the URL.
