Hello Admin, I would like to know if the Omada Cloud is currently down? Specially under importing custom portal, it always failed to upload currently on my end.

Failed to upload my vouche.zip file

May I know the hardware and firmware version of your controller?

Have you tried it on the local controller?

Is the controller running and has an Internet connection?
