Hi There,

 

Over the past few days—possibly a week now—I’ve noticed that my clients' phones are unable to log in to the Omada Cloud Portal. When they are redirected to the portal, they receive a "webpage not available" error.

 

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including re-adopting my devices, remaking the sites, and performing a factory reset, but nothing has worked. Our internet connection is stable, and we have confirmed that the devices are receiving internet access. Interestingly, when we switch to a simple password-based login, everything works fine, but as soon as we switch back to the cloud portal, the portal is unreachable.

 

I dont know if this may be a bug on Omada's side. This issue has significantly impacted our business, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it. If this is a known issue, I hope Omada can provide a fix as soon as possible.

I sincerely appreciate the amazing assistance you provided in resolving my issue. The email I received from your support team contained the necessary steps, and after updating the firmware with the file sent to me, the problem was successfully resolved. My system is now running smoothly again.
