Omada Cloud Voucher Authentication not working as of 2025/02/03 SGT

Hello Omada,
Cloud Voucher Authentication suddenly not working today (2025/02/03), clients facing issue when trying to input voucher the voucher screen did not load, instead it shows ERR_TIMED_OUT. My cloud voucher authentication is working fine (although recently cloud voucher authentication become unreliable these past weeks) since the first time I use it until today, causing my clients frustrated why they cannot enter the voucher. Is there anything that I can do, my clients been hanging for couple of hours. Jeez.

my controller URL is https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/
but if i try to access via https://euw1-omada-cloud.tplinkcloud.com/hotspot it brings the following error
