Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20220106
We have replaced our Router with an ER605. 

MicroSip works for us on some computers and not on others. We don't know what to improve in the Router to find the solution.

Any QOS to improve?

Is there any qos or friendly configuration in ER605 for VOZIP?.

 

I need a Best practices guide for this Router.

 

We do not want VoIP service cuts.

 

The microsip application connects and disconnects on some PCs...

VOIP, do you mean by that?

QoS is supported. Make sure your firmware is the latest one. See configuration guide: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/4290/
