c210 not accessible from outside local network
I recently bought 3 x C210 tapo cameras.
When i am connected to the local wifi i have connection.
But when on 4G/5G it shows offline.
how can i solve this problem?

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to it?
3. Try to factory reset a camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera on another phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, can you set up the camera successfully and manage it remotely?

Hey Solla,
It can only connect to my local network, and I've tried everything to fix it. I tried factory reset it, tried connecting to other mobile networks, and even changed the DNS server to 8.8.8.8, but nothing seems to work.
Can you help me out with this? I'm starting to get really frustrated.

1. Please ensure the Wi-Fi network your camera connects to has an internet connection.

Hi,
On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please double-check the camera's MAC address and check if your problem is the same as the following one.
Tapo C210 displays "This smart device can only be controlled locally" on the Tapo app
