Tapo C325WB always offline after few days
I purchased 2 Tapo (C325WB and C520WS). Both connected into same networks from mesh Wifi DECO M4.
C520WS running properly without problems so far, but another type C325WB always in offline status after few days.
It will back to normal after I disconnect power supply. But the problems always appear again in few days later.
Do you have any suggestions or is there any similar situation with me?
When connection offline
1. LED on camera is Green solid.
2. This always happens few days (3~4 days) after turn off and on the power supply
3. My troubleshoot just only turn off and on power supply
4. RSSI value around 52~54 when camera is working
5. When I check in DECO mesh-wifi network the status is still connecting. can be seen below
Please help for this condition
thanks

Hi,
The LED on the Tapo C325WB is solid green, which means the camera is working properly. For the reported issue, please try the following steps.
1. Turn off the VPN running on your phone if there is one.
2. Update your Tapo app to the latest one.
3. Force close the Tapo app and reopen it, then check if the Tapo C325WB will display the online status.

Hi,
Please refer to the steps below to collect the camera log and app log for further analysis.
1. You can refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera
2. To collect the app log, refer to the steps below.
1) Uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, click on the link to download the debug app, and install it on your phone.
2) Use the debug app (Tapo Trial app) to try to reproduce the problem.
3) After the problem is reproduced, go to APP> Me>About, and click the Tapo icon 10 times on the About page (if it requests storage permission, please agree, so that the log can be saved to local storage on the phone), and the log will be imported to the mobile phone directory-TPLINK folder.
4) Click the Share button to send us the files.
