Model: Tapo P110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 221114 Rel 203339

Bill function inaccurate.  Bill is NOT "Per KW/h" times "kWh".

Consider this example:   "Per KWh" = 0.34 £/kWh, "This month" is 25.048, "Bill of this month" reads £33.84.

This is Wrong.  It should be £8.52.

A PRETTY FUNDAMENTAL product fault, a systemic manufacturing error, which would qualify for a full refund.

I have screenshots ready to send if required.

  @GRTMan

Both my P110's calculate fine (within the tolerance for rounding errors?). It is likely this is a data problem, but as the 'cost' value is not included in the data export (for each line) it is not possible to check this.

I have put in a feature request to include the cost in the data export here:

P110 Energy Monitoring Export - Energy Cost data

Unfortunately screen shots will not help if it is an underlying data problem.

At some point in the past was an incorrect value entered?  - this will not be overwritten when the cost value is changed.

 Hi  @GRTMan

Here is a QA  at the end of the article:  Q1: Why the energy cost is not calculating correctly?

You can reset energy usage data to erase the old data, and  test the Bill function again:
1. Reset energy data in the app
2. Select Singular Bill
3. Input the Electricity rate *pay attention not change the price during test
4. Check if the Cost of follow the formula: (kilowatt-hours) of this month x electricity rate

Feel free to let us know if this works for you.
