ER605 router is not able to connect to Verizon 5g GATEWAY through ethernet connection. I reset the router back to default settings. It will not show up in the client list of the gateway.
Whether the 5G gateway in front of the ER605’s LAN IP is also 192.168.0.1, if so, there is an IP conflict.
The default IP of ER605 is 192.168.0.1.
In addition, if you connect two gateways like this, your network is double NAT.
Plug one cease of the Ethernet cable into any of the two grey Ethernet (LAN) ports on the backside of the Internet Gateway. Plug the different cease of the Ethernet cable into an Ethernet port on a computer. If necessary, energy on the router and/or computer.If this method is not working then check the router and try again.
