Hola , Tengo unOC200 con cinco EAP245 alimentados por POE conectados en un edifico hace un año, ahora uno de ellos aparece Disconected hace unos días . No encuentro la forma de reiniciarlo porque esta desconectado y pese a que se ha apagado y encendido y también rebooteado el OC200 sigue desconectado . Como puedo levántalo ¿ tendre que resetearlo manualmente?

Hello, I have an OC200 with five POE powered EAP245s connected in a building a year ago, now one of them appears Disconected a few days ago. I can't find a way to restart it because it is disconnected and despite the fact that it has been turned off and on and also reboot the OC200 is still disconnected. How can I get it up, will I have to manually reset it?

Hi, it seems that the manual reset can solve this issue.

After you reset that EAP, you can connect to EAP's default WiFi name to test the internet first. If the default WiFi has no internet, then the issue may be on the cable or the port of the POE switch, cause the EAP is plug and play.

After resetting and testing, you can go back to the Controller and adopt again, I think it will be solved quickly.

Thank you very much John1234, since I could not access with the software I went to the place and picked up the EAP245 from the ceiling disconnecting the utp cable which was also providing the POE and it did not work. Then I did a reset with the button that it has for this purpose and it started to walk again after the OC200 detected it as new.
