Dear @Abbepell,

Hoping someone can help we have got the to ac 1350 wired to our router the cable is prob 20 metres as is in a summer house.  The signal was great for a few weeks but is now very poor. There is a weak signal but not enough for a smart tv or a phone. Can anyone suggest something to help?

How many signal bars can you get on your smart TV or phone now? Where did you install the EAP225, on the wall or on the ceiling?

Would the signal strength be better on the phone when you stand right underneath the EAP225?

Since it worked fine for a few weeks, is there anything changed/added in your network before the issue started, for example, some settings changed or new devices added? Would a reboot on the EAP225 help for your case?
