As you can see from the picture above, I have T2600G-28ts and (A) Vlan 1 wich has IP interface 192.168.1.30 and port 1 to port 12, (B) Vlan 2 wich has IP Interface 192.168.0.1 and port 13 to 24, (C) a Lan Cable that is connected to port 1 in Vlan1 and port 23 in Vlan2.

So, what I want to do here is, I want to use that Lan Cable as a routing path to route traffict between Vlan1 and Vlan 2. The reason behind this is, because we want to disable and enable routing between vlan1 and vlan 2 without having to re-config the switch, and only by plugging in and out the cable (I hope you don't ask me why we want to do this).

is it possible?, if it is, cound anyone show me how to do that?

You need to deploy a router in-between the connection from port 1 to port 23.

How else is a device in network A supposed to be able to connect to devices in network B if not by routing?
