@Carl I spent over one-half hour chatting with your tech support staff and their solution was to open a second account just for this one smart plug. I don't find this to be an acceptable solution....

One of my smart plugs will not sync to my time zone. If you are having this problem return the plug to the vendor as T-P Link apparently does not have a solution for this problem.
