My Kasa Smart Wi-Fi Dimmer Swith no longer stays dimmed after firmware upgrade.

It dimmed and stayed dimmed until I set it up on WiFi and updated the firmware. Now no matter what level I set the lights to, it always returns to maximum brightness. There's only 8 7 watt bulbs attached to it. Can I downgrade the firmware to fix this?
