I just had a chat with your Customer Svc Rep, and he said that there is no way to change the size of the Thumbnails when using Playback from the SD Card in my Tapo C120 Camera. The thumbnails are miniscule, leaving a huge amount of blank screen and are basically useless. Supposedly this option is available if you pay for a subscription. I'm thinking this choice for a money-grab will cost Tapo customers/revenue more than the cost to implement, and once they switch platforms they are unlikely to come back to Tapo - JS.
