Looking for help to explain why dimmer does not work and states light is not compatible

Hooked up dimmer to under counter lights Nicor UCB LEDs that they state are "Dimmable to 5% with compatible leading edge (TRIAC) or trailing edge (ELV) dimmers"

Kasa utilizes "Leading Edge Dimming / TRIAC Phase Cut"

It appears both are using the same mehtod to clip the AC wave to regulate the voltage to the LED - can someone help why they are not working together?

What can I do going forward to make sure Kasa dimmers work with my lights?

I have 35+ Kasa devices working correctly but now cant trust the dimmers will work
