I need help to install KS230 KIT v2.  I have a room with both side switches has hot wire and one traveler. Some people call it Carter 3-way connect

One side I have a White wire(Neutral), Black wire(Hot), Red wire ( traveler), Dark Gray or black (traveler?), and Ground copper.

Other side I have a White wire(Neutral), Black wire(Hot), Red wire ( traveler), Dark Gray or black (load), and Ground copper.

I try few times and it keep show me the red circle on the switch.  Can the KS230 work on both side have hot wire?
