C425 issues
Like a lot of other folks, my C425 camera (bought about 2 months ago) is rather erratic with its connection. It's connects, may stay connected for a few days, then goes offline. Then it may want to reconnect again. Then I hear solutions that it must be a poor WiFi connection.
I'm not that WiFi savvy. But I do know this. I had an Arlo camera in the same exact position the C425 camera is now. Never had a problem for the two years the Arlo was there. I have a Nest doorbell camera about the same distance from the router as the C425 (which previously also was an Arlo doorbell). Never had connectivity issues with either doorbell.
so - I can only imagine this is a problem with the camera. What's my recourse here?
