Yesterday I installed the new firmware on my XC220-G3v model. After updating, my LAN port 1 is not working. It shows me connected, but there is no internet access on it.And the other issue is the internet is blinking before updating to the new firmware. After the update, it gets stable. I actually installed the Brazil version of the firmware, and my router is the Indian version. And now I'm trying to do the downgrade, but it's not working. It shows me some error, which is, The uploaded file was not accepted.I tried to change the ethernet cable; also, I tried to check with a different device, and the last option I tried was to reset the router, but nothing worked for me. 😕 Can somebody share an Indian version of the firmware with me?Or TP-Link support team, please provide me a new patch to fix the issue.

You may need to contact TP Link support directly.

 

It appears you have installed the wrong firmware on the router which TP Link says not to do. They may be able to help you.

 

Also this the the US based TP Link forum which almost all would have only the US versions of the firmware. There is another forum for the other countries. 

 

Have you tried the TP Link site to get it?
