I got this new Kasa125M Smart plug. Adding to Alexa Echo, Google Home and Kasa App was pretty easy. Works.
But problem is OhmConnect dashboard. It does not show up after linking Kasa account. Kasa Light switch shows up but not this new one. How long does device sync take for OhmConnect?
Same issue here. 2 KP125M plugs - neither have been picked up by OhmConnect, out of the 40 TP-Link Kasa devices I have on OhmConnect.
I communicated with OhmConnect support. They do not support ANY matter plugs:
"At this time, there are no Matter-standard devices that are compatible with OhmConnect. As the Matter ecosystem continues to grow, we are closely monitoring developments to explore potential future integrations. We remain committed to expanding device compatibility to enhance the experience for our members, and we'll be sure to provide updates as soon as any new devices become supported.
You can find the compatible models by searching for "What Devices in My Home Can Be Linked to OhmConnect?". Note the Kasa KP-125 is the original plug which is supported and the KP-125M is not supported."
To their credit, they were fast and direct about this.
