@InferredMagic - More info received, but not very promising unfortuantly. I've provided further info to to their engineering team: referencing calls I've had directly with Apple, referring them to their other matter products that do support this / where it does work, encouraged them to contact their engineering partner at Apple, as well as encouraged thenm to perform some in house testing on Apple devices (considering 57% of the US uses Apple). More to come but I'm running out of ideas. Any suggestions?

 @InferredMagic issue "solved" but alas not in our favor.... You were correct with the Matter device type being the culpurate. Unfortunately TP is under the impression that based on Matter reuqirments, 259 can not be used. Wish they had clearly indicated that their compattability with Apple Home was not well fully compatabile. Time to find another companies switches. This looks like it's a lost cause :(

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, I got even less information than you. After an initial back and forth clarifying the situation, I did get an admittance of a potentially incorrect implementation. I never received anything beyond that confirmation and that it was sent to the relevant team to correct in a firmware update.

The response you received certainly sounds a lot more final and is quite disappointing to read. Oh well. Can't say we didn't try.

I might go for a follow-up email just in case something is actually happening. Although, I imagine they've long since forgotten about my short chain of emails.
