Hey Tapo Users!

Over the past few months, firmware updates have been rolling out to cameras with changes to the features offered via a paid Tapo Care subscription.

AI Detection Features are Now Available to Cameras without the need to subscribe. This brings our Tapo Care plans up to the standard of our Kasa Care Plans. The feature change requires your camera and app to be up to date, so feel free to check if your camera has received the firmware after updating both.

All other Features of a paid Tapo Care subscription will continue, such as Cloud Recordings, Rich Notifications, and Smart Sorting:
