EP10s become unreachable remotely until unplugged
I have a number of EP10s and every once in a while some - not all - of them get into a state where they are not reachable remotely. They are reachable on the local network.
The only solution is to unplug for 5 seconds and replug and they become reachable remotely again as well as locally.
I've tried bouncing my routers and gateways but these units stay offline remotely. Nothing I have tried short of unplugging each affected unit triggers them to regain remote connectivity. Obviously this is a more serious problem if I'm away from home and lose the units.
This does seem to occur around some power/network glitch which put the EP10s into a funky state.
Seems to me they need some sort of wakeup alarm internally to reestablish the remote connection.
Any insights to this problem or solution?
Thanks in advance.
