Power Issue with KP200

Model: KP200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.9

I have a KP200 installed and it is power two POE injector for AP. I have noticed that these devices are shutting down randomly and today when I checked right after I noticed in the APP that the KP200 had only be running for 5 mins under current run time. So it looks like this device is losing power randomly. Has anyone else seen this happen or may know something about it?

If your device randomly loses power, and if the wiring still looks good, then the device may be having an issue. I would reach out to our support team at that point: link
