The name of my switch changes every 5 seconds between the original name and the one I gave them and those if are very slow to react. The problem appeared like that for no apparent reason I tried a reset and a hard reset and there is nothing to be done.
help me please

Is the KP200 connected to a network that has multiple network names that are the same?
For example:
Router 2.4G: mywifi
Router 5G: mywifi
If so, try and make it so that the plug is connected, to a network name where only that device has the wireless name so something like:
Router 2.4G: mywifi (plug connected to this network)
Router 5G: mywifi-5G
I deactivated my 5g during the setup. I have 2 other plugs and 2 other switches which works very well. This one started to malfunction overnight, it's very strange.
Please reach out to our support team if you are still experiencing the same issue, in the main time check to make sure the plug has the latest firmware by going in the Kasa app menu on the top left then settings then firmware upgrade.
