HS200 Will not reset

I have installed two HS200 smart switches. One works great the other one appeared to setup correctly but only worked once and then stopped working both through wifi and manually. It will not reset using the little reset button on the front of the switch.

Is there anyway to factory reset the switch so I can reinstall it like new?

@STUPIDHELP

If you look below the main button there are two small buttons, press and hold the left one for 20 seconds to factory reset it.
