​My HS200 is not working and will not reset or reboot.

• The switch itself shows a fast blinking green wifi symbol alternating with the round white circle symbol.  So, there is power.  
• The reset button does nothing. The fast blinking continues.
• The restart button causes the blinking to pause. No matter how long I hold the switch, it is dark. When I release the reset button, the fast blinking resumes as it was before.

The Kasa app shows the switch as unreachable. However, it is still registered to my account. It is named "Front Outdoor Light."

Can you advise?
