Since the update my Sonos speakers have vanished from the network and I can set them up. They are not found during the setup.

Wifi TV remote also stopped working. It can't find the TV anymore.

I've tried factory resetting to no avail.

1) what's the solution?

2) how can I disable automatic firmware update on the router? I am unable to downgrade from this version.

Users have mentioned previously of wiring the Sonos speaker to the router and setting it up then disconnecting after. You could possibly try that for the router.

However, if your router is experiencing multiple issues even after updating to the latest firmware I would recommend reaching out to our support team.
